Break the Habit Distracted Driving Scholarship  

Break the Habit Distracted Driving Scholarship is open for U.S students who are entering or attending an accredited university or law school within the U.S. The program is administrated by the Megeredchian Law.

The award is meant to promote discussion and reflection on the dangers of distracted driving and driving habits. The applicant reflecting the best on the relevant topic will receive an adequate amount of fund to cover his/her expenses.

Who May Eligible?

In order to be eligible, the candidates are asked to review the given eligibility criteria:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must be entering or attending an accredited university or law school in the United States
  • Must be a full-time student and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above

How to Apply

The interested students can download a scholarship application form and submit it electronically through email to lawofficeofalexmegeredchian@gmail.com.

Supporting Documents

  • Must submit a media piece such as essay, photo, poem, illustration, video, animation, etc. advocating against distracted driving
  • A certified copy of the applicants’ transcript
  • An acceptance letter from an accredited university (if the student is an incoming freshman)

Benefits

The recipient of the scholarship will get to receive $1,000 check will be made payable to his/her school. The grant should be used for any educational purpose.

Application Deadline

The applications should be submitted by August 31st 2020 to get considered for the program.
