Who May Be Eligible?
Before applying for the grants candidates must check the requirement to be eligible:
- The applicant must be enrolling in a degree course at Boise State University.
- An incoming Idaho student is defined as an individual who has earned less than 14 post-high school semester credits or no college credits at the time of admittance and holds residency in Idaho
- Only incoming students are considered for the Presidential, Dean’s, or True Blue Promise Scholarships.

How to Apply
Interested applicants must fill the following online admission form. Fill the complete application form and attach necessary documents to apply for any graduate program at the University. Students taking admission for the graduate course will automatically be considered for the program without any additional form.

- The applicant must submit the complete admission application form.
- Applicants must submit their test scores (not for transfer students)
- Applicant must submit their transcript with the application. This transcript must include the degree students are pursuing.
Benefits
The award benefits differ for each scholarship, Gem Scholarship is worth $15,000, WUE scholarship is worth $12,886, and Treasure scholarship is worth $7,000. This scholarship will help students with their educational expenses such as tuition, fees, books, etc.
