Distasio Personal Injury Law is proudly announcing a worthy Birth Injury Survivors Scholarship to give all the students exceptional support. Students who are enrolled as incoming freshmen or a current student at the university or college and suffering from a birth injury are eligible for this program.

Scott Distasio, the Distasio Law Firm founder, wants to celebrate the courage, drive, and tenacity of those who have endured hardships of a birth injury and continue to plow their way through to a bright and productive future. This scholarship appreciates the utmost spirit and the struggles of these people through some funds. The firm understands these people with birth injury lives a bitter and resentful life and to lower their pressure and help them to grow their careers and complete their dreams, although their disabilities firm has initiated this program. It provides substantial help to these deserving students to complete their academic years with no pressure.

Who May Be Eligible?

Here are the requirements you need to follow before applying for the program, as follows:

  • The applicant should have a birth injury caused due to the negligence of others.
  • Candidate can be a freshman or a current student attending university in the United States.
  • The student should have a 3.0 GPA or above.

How to Apply

The process to apply for this simple, students should fill the application form to be considered. All the needed documents and the details should be provided with concern. Fellows should submit their fully completed application before the deadline; late applications are not processed further.

  • Essay of 750 to 1250 word on: How have you overcome the challenges presented by your birth injury? What do you want to say to other young people about your birth injury?
  • Unofficial transcript
  • Proof of birth injury diagnosis, including doctor’s notes, medical record, or other proof of diagnosis.
