4. TEACH Grants
The Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant Program is a centralized financial assistance grant program offered to students enrolled in appropriate programs. The selected candidates have to be ready to render their teaching services in a high-need field such as Mathematics, science, foreign language, bilingual education, English language acquisition, special education, and reading specialist. They should also be ready to work at a low-income elementary or secondary school as a highly qualified teacher, full-time for no less than four years. 5. James Madison Graduate Fellowships
The students who strongly desire to become teachers with outstanding abilities at the secondary school level of the American Constitution are offered scholarships by the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation. One fellowship is provided every year to an individual from a particular State. The applicants have to be U.S. citizens, a teacher or have plans to become one specializing in American history, American government, or civics classes. They have to be teaching topics on the Constitution at the secondary school level (grades 7โ12). The applicants also have to have a bachelorโs degree or plan to receive a bachelorโs degree not later than August 31 of the year of applying. The amount received as a scholarship can be put to use to cover the cost of tuition, fees, books, room, board or to afford residence. The award money obtained is a maximum of $24,000, and the amount for an academic year will not be more than $12,000. The Fellows have to stick to the terms and conditions of the scholarship funding agency, as failure to complete the graduation might result in disqualifying and getting to pay the penalty. This can also occur if the teacher fails to teach the qualifying subjects in grades 7โ12 for the requisite amount of time entailed by the award. The funds obtained will have to be paid back along with the relevant interest under federal law.

6. Knowles Teaching Fellowship
