7. The Ohio Township Association (OTA) Scholarship Program
The scholarship program started in 2005 has been initially supported by the ex-board member Paul Smith and his wife, Ethel, by donating the first donation to the OTA Scholarship Fund to help start off with the footing of the scholarship program by the organization.
