Suicide tendency might even take the lives of innocent youth. When young minds are traumatized, they might grow up into unstable minds or be helpless and vulnerable. 1. Christian A. Herter Memorial Scholarship Program
The Christian A. Herter Memorial Scholarship Program is intended at extending financial help to Commonwealth of Massachusetts students showing off considerably promising academic status and aspirations for pursuing higher education.
