Florida State University College of Medicine
The Florida State University College of Medicine (FSU COM) was established in 2000 and is located in Tallahassee, Florida. The M.D. graduation program is split into four years. At the main campus in Tallahassee, the first two years of foundation coursework are completed. They train in no-risk clinical settings simulated here. At regional campuses located in Orlando, Daytona Beach, Pensacola, Ft., the following two years of clinical rotation are completed. Pierce, Tallahassee, Sarasota, and Ft. Pierce. University of Central Florida College of Medicine
The University of Central Florida (UCF) College of Medicine was established in 2006 and is located in Orlando on the campus of UCF Health Sciences. In 2017, it obtained full accreditation from the Medical Education Liaison Committee (LCME). The M.D. degree program consists of two years of core coursework and two years of clinical rotation. Students at UCF College of Medicine, however, begin to have clinical experience in the first two years.
