Asset Based Lending Scholarship

The U.S students accepted to or currently attending a U.S college/university and pursuing a degree relevant to real estate for financial services have an opportunity to apply for the prestigious scholarship. The program is being managed by the Asset Based Lending.

The grant is meant to help and inspire the students in their further studies of the same field. The company will be providing ample fund to resolve any financial obstacles coming across the scholar’s way to achieve his/her education.

Asset Based Lending, LLC was established in 2010 as a Hard Money Lender. It provides fast bridge financing to real estate investors for the purchase, renovation, or new construction of single-family, multi-family and mixed-use properties

Who May Eligible?

The Asset Based Lending Scholarship applicants must include the below requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be accepted to or currently attending a college or university within the United States.
  • Students must be pursuing a college degree in a real estate for financial services related field.

How to Apply

The eligible students can apply for the program by filling an online application form which is provided on the bottom of the main page.

Rules

  • The winner will be required to provide proof of acceptance to your college or university or a college transcript.

Benefits

The rewarded recipient will get to receive an award amount of $1,000. The grant amount is to be used for his/her educational expenses.

Application Deadline

The applicants are asked to submit their supplemental documentation by the deadline August 1, 2020.
