Archaeological Institute of America (AIA) is welcoming applicants to apply for the Conservation and Heritage Management Award. The program is for those students who want to study in the field of archaeology.
The award program is made in recognition of an individual’s or institutions’ exceptional achievement in any of the following areas: archaeological conservation, archaeological conservation science through teaching, lecturing, and exhibition, or a publication.
The Archaeological Institute of America is the largest and oldest archaeological organization in the world. It is a nonprofit organization founded in 1879 and chartered by the United States Congress in 1906. It has been supporting archaeologists, their research and its dissemination, and the ethical practice of archaeology.

Who May Eligible
The award program is open to any individuals, institutions, or organizations, public or private students, who meet the recognition for their contributions to the preservation of our archaeological heritage. Eligibility is not restricted to members of the AIA or US citizens.
