The Quilt Forever Contest is giving away a golden chance to enter and win various awards. APQS is organizing the sweepstake.
The contest is welcoming applicants from all around the world who are 18 years of age and above.
APQS has been holding the work of handcrafting for more than 30 years. It handcrafts the world’s finest quilting machines in their factory in Carroll, Lowa. The company focuses on quality, innovation, excellence and customer service.
Who May Eligible
Participants must include the below requirements to enter the contest:
- Must be 18 years of age and above
- Employees or representatives of APQS and their related advertising agencies, with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter this contest.
How to Apply
Candidates can submit the entries in three ways:
- Via online, by visiting the APQS website http://www.apqs.com/shopping-tools/giveaway/millie/and completing the form and clicking the submit button.
- Through mailing which will include a hand-printing of your name, complete address, email address and date of birth either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper but no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and then mailing the postcard or paper in an envelope with the proper postage to: APQS c/o “APQS Quilt Forever Contest”, 23398 Hwy 30 East, Carroll, IA 51401 USA.
- Can apply through filling out the registration form at an APQS booth at a tradeshow.
Rules:
- Incomplete, lost and late entries are void.
- The authorized email account holder and the entrant must be the same person.
- The grand prize winner will look after the shipping and all tax charges.
Benefits
Winners of the competition will receive prizes as below:
- One Grand prize of APQS Millie Longarm quilting machine valued at $19,700 with one APQS Quit Path, Valued at $10,500 with a total prize value of $30,000.
- The three monthly prize winners shall win an APQS Quilting Gift Basket.
