CentraState Healthcare Foundation has come up with the Applewood Resident-sponsored Scholarship 2022 for full-time, part-time, or per diem employees or children of employees of Applewood. They have a total of 300 hours in one calendar year. Anyone attending and accepted into a college, technical, or vocational school to further their education, employees in good standing without any active disciplines are welcomed for this program. The program provides an excellent opportunity for students to further their career objectives and goals through the choice of their education.
The applicants will get chosen for awards based on their application, required documents, and an essay on what career path they are pursuing and why. The total amount of scholarship is approximately $30,000, which will be given to multiple candidates, in which individual scholarships may vary. The amount will be directly given to the recipient’s institution where they have enrolled in. They will then manage their education-related expenses such as books, library fees, transportation, board and room, and other required expenses. This will motivate students to expand their career path and choose the career of their choice, which will lead them to achieve their goals.
The CentraState Healthcare Foundation was started in 1981 and is a non-profit organization in Freehold Township, New Jersey, as the link between CentrState Healthcare System and the community. Their mission is to inspire broad-based community philanthropic support for advancing exceptional healthcare at the CentrState Healthcare System.

Who Is Eligible?

How to Apply?
All eligible applicants interested in applying for this program should fill out the application form and provide their proper details such as their name, address, email, etc. Applicants should also write an essay describing the career path they are pursuing and why (they make include their career objectives, inspiration, goals, interests, etc.). With the application, students must provide their most recent school transcript educational institute acceptance letter, those who are employees must attach a reference letter from the Administrator of Applewood which includes employment records, those who are a child of an employee must provide a reference letter from a teacher, guidance counselor, clergy, employer, etc. Applicants can download their application form from the below link:

Application Deadline
All applicants are requested to submit their application with all the required documents before May 25, 2022. Late applicants for this program will not be eligible.
