Who May Be Eligible?
Candidates looking forward to applying must have a look at the below rules:
- Open to all admitted students, regardless of nationality, are considered for academic/merit scholarships
- Students must have excellent academic credentials and exhibit exceptional leadership skills.
- Candidates must demonstrate academic excellence and rank within the top 10 to 15 percent of AU’s admitted students.
How to Apply
All students eligible according to the above criteria are considered based on their admissions application at the American University. No other applications will be required to apply for the funds. A separate application is only required for the FDDS and United Methodist scholarship. Students are therefore informed to complete their admission at the University to get consideration.
Benefits
The American University is offering these scholarships starting from range $8,000 to $22,000. The Scholarship funds will be renewable for up to eight semesters of undergraduate study provided for which scholarship recipients must remain enrolled full-time, and meet the annual Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements for merit scholarship renewal.
