American Educational Benevolent Union College and University Scholarships

American Educational Benevolent Union is pleasantly announcing adorable scholarships to reduce students worry related to their academics. Their mission is to encourage the youth to pursue education by providing scholarships, school renovations, and donating school supplies, including computers. A better education brings a change in society, and it improves the living of the people. Their vision is to enhance their communities’ quality of life through education, social welfare, and health care.

The Armenian Educational Benevolent Union (AEBU) was founded in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1969 to provide financial assistance to underprivileged students of Armenian descent. Later, it provided additional services in health care assistance to disadvantaged community members through social centres and health care clinics it operates to this day in Lebanon.

Who May Be Eligible

Applicants will be eligible for the scholarship based on the following:

  • The applicant should be an individual of Armenian descent
  • Fellows must demonstrate academic excellence – minimum 3.50 GPA
  • Students must be a full-time student in a four-year accredited university in the United States
  • Applicant should do Community engagement, with particular attention to their involvement in the Armenian community

How to Apply 

All the applicants should go thoroughly through the scholarship application. Attach it with all the required documents which fulfil the criteria for being eligible for the scholarship. Submit the applications before the deadline as the association will not accept late applications. Completed application and relevant documents should be filed online or mailed to:

Applicants must submit the following application and documents no later than June 30, 2021:

  • Submit the Completed application form
  •  Applicant must provide proof of university enrollment
  • Applicant must provide Verifiable school transcripts
  • There must be Two Letters of recommendations (one academic & one community service)
  • Candidate should give One passport size photo
