The AIAA Roger W. Kahn Scholarship, named in honor of Roger Kahn, a distinguished figure in aviation and entertainment, offers an opportunity for current high school seniors with a passion for aerospace. This scholarship, provided by AIAA, aims to support students pursuing engineering majors at the college or university level. In addition to financial assistance, recipients will benefit from complimentary airfare and hotel accommodations to attend the 2024 AIAA Awards Gala, along with mentorship from AIAA’s professional members to guide them towards a successful aerospace career.

- Current high school seniors.

- Minimum high school GPA of 3.5.
- Demonstrated interest in aerospace through extracurricular activities.

- Underrepresented students are encouraged to apply.
How to Apply?
- Complete the application form, available from 1 September to 31 December at 2359 hrs ET.
- Provide a transcript showing high school unweighted GPA using the 4.0 scale.
- Submit a 1-page statement describing STEM-related studies and/or extracurricular activities.
- Include a letter of recommendation from a STEM educator or mentor.
- Ensure AIAA High School Membership is obtained.
