AgCountry Farm Credit is excited to announce its scholarship program for the year 2020-2021. The students will get hands full of financial support to pay for their education-related expenses.
The award is cordially inviting college upperclassmen students who have completed 96 credits at a college or university. The students also need to be engaged in studies of agribusiness, business or related fields.
AgCountry Farm Credit Services works to meet the financial needs of farmers and agribusinesses by providing competitive credit and financial services. It has managed assets over $8 billion with approximately 600 employees and offices in 38 locations throughout the territory.

Who May Eligible?
Candidates are required to fulfil the given requirements to be applicable:
- Must be an upperclassmen college student who has completed 96 credits at a college or university
- Must be studying in agribusiness, business, or related field of study
- Must be planning to work in production agricultural lending or related agricultural services.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates must postmark the required documents with an application to AgCountry Farm Credit Services Attn: Kim Groszhans Upperclassmen Scholarship PO Box 6020 Fargo, ND 58108-6020.
Supporting Documents:
- Two letters of recommendation attached to the application from two current or previous college instructors.
- Must provide a current copy of the college transcript.
- Must submit a one-page essay targeting your career goals and how you believe that you’ll make an impact on agriculture and the ag industry.
Benefits
The ten recipients of the AgCountry Scholarship will receive an award amount of $1,000 each.
Application Deadline
The application needs to be received by the committee by May 1st, 2020.
