The selection is based on the academic performance and financial needs of the student.

Adam R. Thayer’s scholarship aims to motivate students in the field of information and technology. They aim at developing and innovating new and modified technology in the community to achieve great success. The organization is looking forward to receiving excellent young talents to achieve great success and remove employment barriers.

The Adam Thayers is awarded in honor of their beloved colleague Adam Thayer. He was the Director of Information Technology at Goodwill Industries of North Florida. He was passionate about Goodwill’s mission to help and eliminate the barriers to employment. He was also a strong proponent of education, community service, and helping others to succeed.

Who May Be Eligible

Kindly go through the below-mentioned eligibility criteria for the scholarship:

  • The applicant must be a current Goodwill employee or a graduating high school senior who intends to continue their education in information technology.
  • The fellow must need financial support.
  • The student must demonstrate good academic performance.
  • The fellow must be involved in community service.
  • Students must be having a GPA score of 2.5.

The student must submit the complete application accompanied by the required documents. The student should submit the complete application, which is provided online at the website, without making any mistake in the application. Please apply before the deadline, as the late application will directly lead to rejection.
