Japan is organizing its 4th annual global English camp internship program under “Come On Out- Japan”. The invitations are being sent to top universities across the globe for a cross-cultural learning experience.
Japan is looking for students as well as fresh graduates with proper native level English skills who might be interested in spending 6 weeks in Japan from mid-July to late August 2018.
This will be an unpaid internship but the participants will be provided with certain expenses like airfare, lodging, transportation facilities and meal. The program will also offer optional Japanese language classes, dinner/cooking nights, field trips and an overnight trip.
The interns will be having conversations in English with the Japanese high school students on different global topics. The interns will also be given space in their schedule to explore and understand the various cultural aspects of Japan and to fulfill their own goals.
No fluency in the Japanese language is required to participate in this program. The interns will be sent to different parts of Japan depending on the high school student demand after spending one week in either Tokyo or Osaka.
This program is designed to promote cultural and language exchange among Japanese high school students and native English-speaking university students.
The program is open to undergraduate and recent graduate students. Interested candidates can fill out the application form at http://www.comeonoutjapan.com/
