Who is Eligible?

Any writer, regardless of nationality, aged 18 or older, who has never been the author of any Published Novel (in any genre) and is not under contract with a publisher for publication of a novel can apply.

How to Apply?

Candidates will have to fill out an online application form with all correct and complete information. The state will allow them to upload their Manuscript. Below are some rules that they will have to follow to submit their application successfully:

Before uploading, please ensure that your Manuscript is formatted as follows:

  • The Manuscript must be either a Microsoft Word document or a PDF
  • The text must be double spaced
  • Pages must be numbered consecutively from beginning to end
  • The Manuscript must be saved as “Manuscript Title_Entrant Name.”

Benefits
