Omega Psi Phi Fraternity International High School Essay Contest is now giving young and budding writers a chance to come forward and exhibit their writing talent to the world. This competition is meant for all college-bound, high school seniors who submit an essay application through a Chapter of the Fraternity.
This contest seems to be a golden opportunity for those students who are planning to work as writers in the future. For such writers, this program will serve as an ideal start point if they have not made any solid move toward their writing career. This contest will give them chance to demonstrate their talent to the world as well as a recognization for the same. Apart from this, successful candidates will receive financial support for their education. Candidates will be selected as winners based on the uniqueness and thoughtfulness of their essays. The more interesting your essay is, the more chances you have to win. The essay must be original and neither previously published nor secured by copyright. The essay must be between 700 and 750 words in length. The type-written, the double-spaced essay may be submitted via postal service or email in Microsoft Word.
Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is the first international fraternal organization established on the campus of a historically black college. Omega strives to build a strong and effective force of men dedicated to its cardinal principles of manhood, scholarship, perseverance, and uplift.
