Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship

For supporting highly qualified US students, Indiana State University is implementing the Next Generation Hoosier Educators Bursary program for the academic year 2020-21.

The program is open for those brilliant students who are seeking a bachelor’s degree at Indiana State University in the United States.

Indiana State University is a public university in Terre Haute, in Indiana. It was founded in 1865. The university offers over 100 undergraduate majors and more than 75 graduate and professional programs for Higher Education as a Doctoral/Research degree.

Who May Eligible

To be eligible for this scholarship, the applicants need to complete all the following criteria:

  • Participant must be an Indiana resident.
  • Aspirant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Candidate must be a current high school senior or college student in Indiana;
  • Students must have graduated or will graduate from an Indiana accredited high school or non-accredited nonpublic high school.
  • Participants must be able to utilize the scholarship for at least two full academic years;
  • All the applicants must be currently attending or plan to attend an eligible Indiana institution as a full-time student;
  • All students must maintain a 3.0/4.0 GPA, complete 30 credit hours per year or their equivalent and meet all other requirements established by their program to renew the scholarship.
  • All the interested students must have a file for Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year.

Benefits

Winner will get a scholarship of up to $7,500 each year for four academic years.

Application Deadline: The 2020-2021 application will close on November 30, 2019.
