General Counsel, P.C. is glad to announce that they are starting to acknowledge applications for the 2021 General Counsel, P.C. First Generation Law Student Scholarship from October 1 to October 31, 2021. No early or late applications will be acknowledged. This grant is available to second Year Law Students who are the first in their families to go to graduate school. The two deserving and most exceptional candidates will be granted the award money of $1,500 each. The sole purpose behind starting this scholarship is to help the students who are in need of funds to acquire education and who are exceptionally talented but are forced to not follow their dreams because of unmet monetary requirements.
Because of the time needed to audit every application, just the initial fifty (50) applications will be acknowledged. When the first fifty (50) applications have been gotten, the organization will give notice on the official portal of the scholarship. With regards to qualification, the candidate should be the first in his or her family to go to graduate school and must be a Second Year Law understudy as of now going to a certified graduate school in the U.S.. the candidate Should have a first-year graduate school GPA of 3.0 (or better) and must be U.S. resident or permanent inhabitant; of 18 years of age or older.

Who is Eligible?
The eligibility criteria for the following scholarship is as follows:
- Must be the first in your family to attend law school
- Must be 2nd Year Law student currently attending an accredited law school in the U.S.
- Must have a first-year law school GPA of 3.0 (or better)
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident; 18 years or older
How to Apply?
In order to be considered for the scholarship, the applicants must write a 1-2 page essay describing their personal journey, what it means to you to be a first-generation law student, and your goals/aspirations.
