The Darke County Foundation is giving away scholarships to high school seniors students for the year 2020. The program is including students majoring in nursing, education, healthcare, law or business-related field.
The grants are structured to honour and motivate the hard-working students. The foundation will be distributing a great number of funds to help scholars attain their higher education with some lesser worries.
The Darke County Foundation is known for its work and passion for helping the Darke County people. Its work includes receiving, managing and distributing grants and scholarships and improving the lives of residents.

Who May Eligible?
The students are asked to go through the below requirements of currently running programs:
- Must be Greenville High School graduates who have completed three years of college (not including college credit earned in high school).
- Applicants must be majoring in nursing or business-related field (marketing, finance, accounting, etc.)
- Must have completed at least three years of college, not including college credit earned in high school.
- Must be majoring in education, healthcare, law or theology.
- Must have completed at least TWO years of college, not including college credit earned while in high school.
- Must be majoring in a healthcare-related profession.

Benefits
The Darke County Foundation awarded $160,000 to over 100 graduates from all Darke County high schools, including these graduates from Versailles High School last year. The award money will be disbursed following the student’s first semester in college.

The application deadline for all the programs is 1st June 2020.
