The Santa Clara Country Federal Credit Union is offering a scholarship program for those who are graduating senior or post-secondary students and in good standing with their high school/college with having cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above. The program provides a good chance for students who are enrolled in an accredited college or university or community/technical college, may it be full-time or part-time. Students need to write an essay and provide their post-secondary goal statement to be eligible for this program.
The winners will be chosen for this program on the basis of their application, essay, their statement, and other factors. The selected recipient will be awarded amounts ranging from $500 to $1,500. The amount will be used for their educational purposes, such as in managing their education-related expenses, including tuition fees, library fees, books and other supplies, and other related and required materials and fees expenses. This will help students to pursue their education in the field of their choice and achieve their educational and career goals.

Who Is Eligible?
- Be a graduating high school senior or post-secondary student –ages 17 to 25
- Be in good standing with their high school/college, maybe on disciplinary or academic probation, have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Agree to provide a current photo to be used in Country Federal’s media, marketing, and other promotional materials
How to Apply?
Applicants who are eligible for this program should fill out their application form with proper details. With this, they must provide a post-secondary goal statement, should respond to the essay question, provide a current official transcript, may it be high school or undergraduate, attach a current photo, and a signed photo release form signed by the individual or parent/guardian if under 18. Applicants will get eligible for awards on the basis of their application, their personal achievements, including school activities, extracurricular and athletics, community service/volunteer work and work experience, GPA, goal statement, essay (response and writing skills). Selected applicants will receive award amounts ranging from $500 to $1,500. The amount will be utilized for the applicant’s educational purposes, such as in managing their education-related expenses, including tuition assistance, library fees, books, and other supplies, transportation, and other related and required expense. This will help and motivate students to pursue their education in the field of their choice without having more financial concerns.
All the eligible applicants who want to take part in this scholarship program can send their applications before the deadline of April 18, 2022. Applications received after this date will not be eligible for this program.
