Florida Department of Education, Office of Student Financial Assistance provides this scholarship for spouses of deceased or disabled veterans. 3. Patty Shinseki Spouse Scholarship Program

Army Emergency Relief provides this scholarship for spouses. This scholarship program was launched to help Army spouses obtain an undergraduate qualification or equivalent skilled certificate. This scholarship will help military spouses to continue with their higher education. The plan was named after Mrs. Shinseki in December of 2019, an Army Spouse for more than 50 years, is a firm advocate of military spouse education and additional military household schedules, and performed as an associate of the AER Board of Managers for 20 years.
