Walmart has launched a fantastic program called November – January Sweepstakes 2021–22. This year, Walmart will select multiple winners who will be provided with gift cards. Entries for this program will be accepted from legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico, who are eighteen years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence. This sweepstake will be considered void outside of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. It will run from October 30, 2021, and ends at 11:59:59pm CT on January 28, 2022.
Applicants are not required to purchase or make payment for anything in order to enter this program. Purchase is not necessary to enter or win and will not enhance your chances of winning this prize. At the end of the application period, five winners will be selected for the grand prize, and seven hundred and fifty winners will be chosen for first prize. Winners of both categories will get a gift card in the amount of $100 – $1000. Walmart will select the potential winners in a random drawing that will be conducted On or about February 7, 2022. To get the prize, all aspirants must have an address on file with the Sponsor or have provided an address when asked at the time of entry.

Who is Eligible?
Sweepstakes is available only to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are eighteen years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen in Alabama, Nebraska, twenty-one in Mississippi, and eighteen in all other states) as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Void outside of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
How to Apply?
There are four (4) ways to enter:
(i) PURCHASE: Contestants making a purchase (of any amount) at a participating Walmart retail location between the Sweepstakes Period and are considered as a recipient of a survey invitation on their cash register receipt may complete the online survey and entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
(ii) SURVEY INVITE: Applicants making a purchase (of any amount) at Walmart.com, Walmart.com/grocery, a participating Walmart retail location, and any Walmart mobile apps or websites between the Sweepstakes Period and are the recipient of a survey invitation via email (the “Invitation”) must visit the unique survey URL (the “Survey Website”) found within the Invitation to complete the survey. The survey must be conducted in its entirety by submitting all answers to the survey questions. Upon completing the survey, click the “Submit” button. Upon clicking the “Submit” button, the Entrant may be prompted to complete the entry form in its entirety to include first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip, phone number, and email address (if available) and click “Continue”. If prompted, the entry form must be completed in order to be eligible to win. Then, complete the checkboxes and click “Submit” to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
(iii) ONLINE: To enter without making a purchase, the Entrant must visit www.entry.survey.walmart.com (the “Online Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the Online Sweepstakes entry form in its entirety, including complete name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
(iv) WRITE-IN: On a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than four ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth and mail with proper postage to 2021 Walmart Sweepstakes, PO Box 228, Macedon, NY, 14502-0228. All write-in entries must be postmarked by January 28, 2022, and received by February 3, 2022.
Benefits
GRAND PRIZES: For the grand prize, five winners will be selected and awarded, each consisting of a Walmart gift card in the amount of $1,000.
FIRST PRIZES: Seven hundred and fifty (750) first prizes will be distributed, each consisting of a Walmart gift card in the amount of $100.
